Im in Polymercafe magazine!!!

It finally happened! My Chicky Beans have been published in PolymerCafes magazine!!!! I sent in my pics for the readers gallery around this time last year, and every issue since I have been excitedly flipping through the pages of new issues, waiting to see if my stuff would be featured. And at last, one year later, my Chicky Beans are officially in print! :D:D:D Im So happy and proud :) Tis was a goal I set for myself, and I accomplished it :D Next up: Write an article for PolymerCafe :D

Im going to my first convention!

I just bought myself a ticket for my first even convention! Ive never been to one before. I was going to go to one, but I got skrewed over, so no convention there. This one is a comic/movie/anime/gamer convention, and its at the Vancouver Convention Center. My two brothers are going, and some of my friends are going, so it will be cool to go with people. Its ont he 22nd. I need to think of something to wear XD I was thinking of going as a HP character, since Draco Malfoy will be there. I wish it was anyone but him. He sucks XD Why couldnt it be Ron, or Cedric? Then I could tell him what friggin ass pie he is in the Twilight movies *shudders* its not even worth typing about that piece of crap series here ;p
If I see a NES there, I am SO buying it XD Im mostly excited about the artists that will be there. I love original art :)

Some new stuff

Its 2012, and that means new stuff. Here are some pics of my newer figurines. I have to say, the new Premo clays are amazing, and I love using clay even more now, if thats possible. Im going through a very emotional time right now, and claying characters really, really helps. Its actually the only thing that is helping.... anyways, here are some pics!

Its 2012

Now its 2012. Whatevs. Its just another year. Anyways, here is the last thing I made in 2011. Its me! I made my nieces little christmas decorations with themed Mickey Mouse ears (we went to Disneyland in October) so I made myself one too ;p Its cute, I have to say.

Another GPK

Heres another GPK to add to the list of GPKs Ive made. This here is Nasty Nick. He is the first GPK to be made in the set. (the first GPK was a wacky package sticker) Anyways, very proud of this guy. He is very detailed, and I had never made a Barbie before ;p

hooray for glitter!!!

Nothing makes me more happy then finding out something I want is on sale at Michaels. So, I was very happy to find out that Recollections glitter was 50% off. So, I stocked up. Also grabbed some super glue and random stickers for my collection :)

I got 6 all together. I got silver micro marbles, Snow glitter, Emerald glitter, Janelle glitter (red/magenta) and two cool tinsel glitters: Frost and Silver. Most will be used for christmas things Im making for a craft show Ill be in :D
